Draft, not in effect These terms are a working draft waiting for a lawyer's review. They are not an agreement and don't apply to anyone yet. CallSitter isn't open to the public.

Terms of service

CallSitter is run by Rock Steady Systems, LLC. Draft of October 28, 2026.

What CallSitter does

CallSitter holds a phone call to a business for you. You call CallSitter, get through the business's menus yourself, press ** and hang up. CallSitter keeps the line open and calls you back when a person picks up, then connects you.

Where it works

CallSitter is for US phone numbers calling US businesses only.

What CallSitter won't do

Using it fairly

Use CallSitter only to reach businesses you have a reason to call, and only from a phone number you're allowed to use. Don't use it to harass, flood or mislead anyone. We may limit or block numbers that break these rules.

Paying

You pay per call. You add a card before the hold starts, by phone keypad or a texted link. You're charged only when a person picks up and you join the call. If the business offers its own callback and you take it, there's no charge. Card details go to Twilio's secure payment system and Stripe; CallSitter never sees them. Price and refund policy to be set before launch.

No guarantee of a connection

CallSitter can miss a person picking up, or a business can hang up before you join. Phone networks and businesses are outside our control.

Your call log

After each call you can see what was kept. You can delete it at any time, and it deletes itself after 30 days. The privacy policy has the details.

Still to be written

Limits of liability, disputes, governing law, changes to these terms and contact details will be written by counsel before launch.
